What if I entered incorrect details?

If you find that you have indicated incorrect recipient details, but the application has not yet been processed by us (the status of the application is available in your personal account), you need to contact us as soon as possible so that we do not send funds to the specified details. On our website, applications are processed within 5-15 minutes after receipt of payment from you.

If the application has already been processed and the funds have been sent, it is impossible to return your funds, as well as edit the details.

If your application has been placed on hold, please contact us to resolve the situation.

If you are unable to provide us with the correct details, you can change the direction of the exchange and choose another payment system, cryptocurrency or bank. In this case, the application will be recalculated at the rate for the new exchange direction. If you want to make a refund, you will need to send us the details to transfer funds to you. According to the rules of our exchange service, you will be charged an additional commission.
