How can I find out the status of an application?

When making the first exchange on our website, automatic registration is provided. A letter with a password to enter your personal account will be sent to the mail you specified in the application. The login to enter your personal account is the mail to which you received the password. In your personal account in the "My applications" section, you will find a list of all completed exchange operations, where you can familiarize yourself with the status of the application and get detailed information on each exchange. The history of your exchanges is stored in your personal account for 31 days, after which it will not be archived and will not be available for viewing. If you need information on an exchange made earlier, you can contact the online support service.
