IP telephony giant Skype to consider Ripple integration

Skype explained that it will share the proposal with other team members. However, they emphasized that Skype is a product of Microsoft and the decision to integrate into the cryptocurrency service should be made at the company level, and for this reason, it may take some time.

Now the Ripple team is trying to collect as many votes as possible on the Skype UserVoice site. Here users can submit their ideas for improving the work. At the time of this writing, the introduction of cryptocurrency payments (XRP and others) was supported by over 1950 people.

Ripples payment solutions are already being tested by Western Union, as company officials announced in February.
